The main goal is to guide Fireboy and Watergirl to their respective exit doors on each level. To complete a level, both characters must reach the exits without dying.
Here are the core rules:
Fireboy can walk through lava but dies in water.
Watergirl can walk through water but dies in lava.
Both must avoid green goo, which is deadly to both.
Fireboy collects red diamonds
Watergirl collects blue diamonds
Collecting all the diamonds and finishing levels quickly increases your rank and unlocks new levels.

Use Buttons, Levers, and Boxes: Press buttons to activate platforms, move levers to open gates, and push boxes to climb or solve path puzzles.
Avoid Traps: Timing is everything—be mindful of light beams, swinging traps, and acid pools.
Restarting: If you push a box into a corner or make a critical mistake, restart the level from the pause menu.
